We back all items for 30 days as we are committed to exceptional customer service. All returns and refunds shall incur a 5% restocking fee plus shipping. We exclusively use FEDEX to ship wine items - please see the website for more details. We are only allowed to ship to certain states and the continental US. Unfortunately, we do not export outside the United States. Signature for wine shipment is required by an adult over 21 years of age. It is illegal to purchase wine if you are under the age of 21.
